OTIS ELEVATOR DEAD-MAN CONTROL

Antique Vintage Otis Elevator Co Dead Man Switch Lever Button Selector Control. Cast iron case. 

Very rare and vintage ORIGINAL (circa 1910) Otis Elevator Company "Dead Mans Switch". This was used by an operator to move the elevator floor to floor. This piece was beautifully restored. It would be a very attractive addition to any collection and is sure to be an interesting conversation piece. All the manufacturer plates are made of copper and the main body is cast iron. The wooden handle is moveable and still has its inner spring mechanism that works great!!
